Refund policy

We hope you and your little one love every piece as much as we do. However If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or Little Kip credit.

Here’s how it works:

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags still attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order – Please notify our customer services team at hello@littlekip.com to receive details on where to send your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your credit or exchange as quickly as possible.

A couple of things to note:

For hygiene and quality assurance, we’re unable to accept items that have been worn or washed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or you’ve received something different to what you ordered) in which case we’ll make it right!
